Sergei Palace Hotel - Jerusalem

The serene inner courtyard provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation after a day of exploring. Dining at the restaurant, with delicious dishes and attentive staff, elevated our celebration.

It's an exceptionally comfortable and gorgeous hotel in a central area. The location is great and beautiful, 1 mile from an Islamic shrine. You could walk to a market and stores. I would stay there again, really enjoyed this place.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom and central heating, a private safe and a flat-screen TV in the room.

The room was lovely, but I waited forever for a hairdryer.

The beds were comfortable and the location is excellent.

The toilet was not cleaned even once over four nights. The noise from water pumps was unbearable, and my requests for basic amenities were largely ignored. Staff were unhelpful and did not seem to care about my complaints.

Sergei Palace is conveniently located near both the old town and numerous dining options. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. They were attended to daily to a high standard. The staff members were particularly accommodating, helping with queries . The access to public transport was also beneficial for my work commitments.

I stayed in a Beautiful Double Room for 3 nights. The room was a good size, very clean, and had a nice vibe. The decor was nice. I loved that the beds were plush. The bad experience with the angry manager left a sour taste. The service was nice otherwise, especially from the restaurant staff.

The beautiful room was huge, with amazing decor that felt super cozy. The restaurant's menu was really fun, loved the unique Russian dishes, and the staff was super friendly. Just wish the check-in time was earlier as it made things a bit tricky for planning.

The Sergei offers a charming experience with its comfortable beds and clean rooms. The location is excellent, just up the street from the trolley, providing great access to both the old town and public transportation. Breakfast options are diverse, with attentive staff making dining enjoyable. The hotel features unique architecture, resembling a fairy tale castle.

Parking is very limited.

Spacious room, luxurious atmosphere, the complimentary welcome drink was a nice touch, made my stay feel extra special and the convenient location allowed easy access to explore the city in just a short drive.

The Beautiful Twin Room was super comfy with air conditioning, a tv, and really soft towels. We enjoyed the nice shower and the free toiletries. The inner courtyard was peaceful. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very attentive. The location is perfect for exploring the city easily.
